Since publication of the MiniDV I work with this system and appreciate it because of its data security. As for price and performance I see the quality of Sony. As the prices of the standard media are very similar and the facilities are almost completely identical, it seems to me only on the subjective impression of the packaging and processing. Here Sony has partnered with JVC ahead, even if it's only small details such as easy open film or clever color scheme.
