The very first battery from the 5-strip was too weak to run a wristwatch. I then once briefly held off the multimeter: the alleged 3V battery had an open circuit voltage (ie, without charge!) Of just 2.62 volts, so she was in fact already empty. After the second battery was better, which had then 3.2 volts open circuit voltage and the clock worked again. For the price you should probably expect some failures and committee? I'm curious as to beat the remaining 3 batteries that I have not measured now ...
