After many bad buys and numerous Exchange and the consuming search for "mp3 player" has now been worthwhile! This little wretch surpasses my opinion probably currently all in the price-performance ratio as well as in the quality! Together with MediaMonkey you need at last no longer bite the bullet)
I have tested some NoName's i.Beat Organix 2.0 and the iPod Shuffle. The Organix 2.0 was actually my favorite. However, there is here most elementary! Just too quiet! Then the iPod Shuffle work correctly only with iTunes and the software does not correspond to the remotest my imagination and my needs. I also found (as with time out set) managed just the mechanical housing.
Now to the "SanDisk Sansa Clip". First the positives:
-Good mechanical processing
-Super fast when writing! (Approx good 5 MB / s) (the Shuffle I mention'd better not ^^)
-really good sound quality! (Even the custom equalizer can use)
-large memory
-tolles display
-Good service
-and- compatibility! (USB protocol between "Media Transfer Protocol" and "Mass Storage Class" switchable). Is it possible to organize with numerous applications. I use MediaMonkey. Just great and highly recommended.
-also the volume fits (not the purest but adequate, even if you want to turn on times). Caution: the full volume you have to be unlocked under "Settings".
-has a normal mini-USB port (thus you do not need special cables or Dock's etc.)
Two points that I noticed negative:
Battery pack (15 hrs.) But relatively short playing time
-Much to short USB cable supplied
But for the price and the quality I see you on these two little things over it.
It's great that still are manufacturers who are not afraid of having to encrypt everything! Just a brilliant product!
