Quick and silent.

Since I switched already on my other computer in September 2014, the Samsung SSD 840 Pro and was very happy, I I now exchanged on a 2nd computer the hard drive against the Samsung SSD.
The SSD is delivered well protected in a very appealing packaging. Inside, the SSD, an instruction manual and a warranty card are. The new SSD I replaced my old 512GB hard drive. The installation is completely unproblematic as a conventional hard drive. My other hardware is mostly from 2011 and is no longer the latest, but the new SSD is easily recognized and works without problems. The operating system I use Windows 8.1 64-bit. The boot time is thanks to the new SSD is extremely fast. Approximately 10 seconds after turning on the computer's operating system is finished loading and ready to use. The programs start on the new SSD with almost no delay. Another advantage is that, unlike the old hard disk no operating noise can be heard. The SSD operates completely silently and quickly.
I would recommend the SSD without hesitation!
