The pastry cream lemon is done really fast (just 200 ml approx. 30 seconds with the mixing set up, let sprinkle cream powder, continue mixing briefly, done) and immediately processed further. You can catch her with a piping bag with a star nozzle nice garnish and flavor it is nice lemony. As a topping for muffins or filling for cream puffs I find a good pastry cream and fast alternative.
