Quiet, compact and fast

Had over the years always a upgraded gaming PC are at home. Very fast, but also relatively loud, always took a lot of space.
It was the years just a little quieter and the PC use at home was more and more toward labor and away from the Games.

So, for Internet, Word, Excel or PPP the thing is perfect. Only when the Excel files are quite large (about 20/30 MB with many DB and matrix functions, etc.) of the Small sometimes reaches its limits. Full-HD video he plays absolutely smoothly.

I have attached two 24-inch screens, and that's no problem. Nothing laggt, jerky, etc.

The thing is not only quiet, but absolutely still! Also sometimes the disadvantage that I sometimes do not realize that he is still on. Only when you look at the blue LED on the front you can see the status. To operate the volume / silence but is a real treat, which I was never aware of before!

Drin tinkers a fast 256GB SSD hard drive the latest generation + 8 GB of memory (both I've retrofitted). When installing Windows 8.1, the little one has set a new record. From the start (blank disk) into Windows logged and thus theoretically ready to work have passed less than 5 minutes !! The madness! The boat speed convinced. Whom the power is off (I do not mean the Standby / Sleep Mode / Hypernate and how all this is to say), I am after power after 8 seconds in the Windows login. Enter the password and after a further 3 seconds I'm in Windows. The startup programs are usually even now all loaded and ready to go immediately. Ie Outlook, Firefox / Chrome open instandly without delay and are immediately available. No waiting, no hassle :) This was not only after reinstalling so, but now after more than half a year using still the case.

What bothers me a bit:

- Speaker terminal should better be at the back of the device
- For larger, complex Excel files it could be a little faster. But that's complain on high level
Why are not the front USB 3.0 ports? Rear are four pieces, front but only two USB 2.0 sockets.
