RAM expansion for MacBook Pro built in 2009

I use a MacBook Pro from the year 2009. The unit has factory 4GB RAM. First not bad. In my job but dependent on the parallel use of Windows and have therefore still a Windows7 run as a virtual machine. Initially, it was felt only times no problem. But a lot of system updates later ...
Who does not know. The computer is slow cave, the Free memory fluctuates around 10Mb.

After a short search (exact machine type and recommended memory Syndicate) and the comparison with the Apple store I decided for this memory, which is identical to the original memory, according to other reviews (which has also been confirmed during installation).

The installation was using the Apple manual very simple and straightforward.

Computer runs again now and I could even make no problems fixed.
