RAS on the product packaging to improve

Note that I'm talking about my personal feelings:
I bought this replace my old vga cable which began to let go, even if the cable works perfectly packaging is poor. The bag containing the cable was used (I clearly felt to have inherited from the last inventory item).
If too little detail, I do not know if I'm demanding or if it's normal for the price but the contacts of the cables were not protected and it is what makes (from my perspective) to note down only 2 stars for product compliance.
