I am over 60 and have been suffering for some time to loss of balance. The I fight so far with hopping on a small trampoline, which does not often go (pain in osteoarthritis). The balance board is ideal! Several times a day, just like that in between, practiced a few minutes, the effect is great, I never thought. Since 2 weeks I have practically no residual imbalance!
