In reality it seems, after internet search, be it cable or an addition to solve a problem on some German vehicles.
Of the French marks, this cable can be connected to the + 12V walking back, like the red cable.
This avoids to pass the cable over the entire length of the car.
I did this on a Peugeot 107, it works the hair.
