Re-evaluation after exchange service: Very good product + service Excelling

Pros:
* Charging 3 ~ 4 times my Galaxy S3 4G Lte: beautiful reserve!
* Many adapters.
* Does not heat.
* Recharges in about 4 hours with 1.5A charger of the same brand.
* LEDs clearly indicate the good remaining capacity.
* The quality of service EasyAcc: consideration, identification and problem resolution VERY, VERY effective. Replacing the defective item without any problems. Questioner very nice and TOP (true perception of Customer Satisfaction)!

Cons:
* Very / too big and heavy, but I knew before buying: the "price" of the ability of autonomy therefore ... therefore Normal.
* The cover is too small: prevents some scratches (we can not put cable adapters in it ...)

To see:
* Holding time remains to be demonstrated: the number of cycles.

Conclusion: I have not had any luck with the first pack (defective), which did not indicate the actual state of charge and required more load 14h.
Following the exchange SAV this PowerPack, easily recognized as defective and replaced free of charge, no problem. The powerpack does the job and does it very well indeed.
