My daughter, who currently lives in Michigan, sent me this CD for his birthday. Previously, I had nothing further to hear the title "The cowboy in me" by Tim McGraw. All the more I was impressed by the songs, where it - in my opinion - are already differences in the quality and in the presentation. But it is indeed a best-of album, and therefore includes a long development period. I especially like the most peaceful parts; the up-tempo numbers act sometimes interchangeable. The lyrics I can - as only limited English-speaking man - understand reasonably well. It struck me once again some very specific American perspective regarding some things (Live like you were dying, Do not take the girl and others). Sometimes that works a bit simplistic. But country music can just be and you knew that also. So if you like that, then you're really good at TM canceled. Anyway, he can sing and seem fun at his job to have. By the way: in the USA, he is one of the big earners in this sector. The Americans like him definitely. For them he is a "real good man" And by me for him and this album (title No. 12 out of 24.!): 4 points.
