Real world music ...

Once again, Hubert von Goisern has skipped the boundaries of different genres of music, and thus demonstrated what his music is really about, namely real world music. The CD mixes traditional folk music with African sounds, jazz, blues, rock and more. To describe the music is not easy. The music of Hubert von Goisern demands that one is dealing with it and with the texts, at the same time they also run in the background. Hubert von Goisern's music is all moods justice, so that you can almost always listen to his music. My special tip is the 13th title, which is not shown in the above tracklist, as it is somewhat "hidden" on the CD. This is a wonderful version of "über`d alma", which is already to be found on "Trad". Right here his creativity and skill is obviously to combine traditional various regions with "modern" components. As Hubert von Goisern fan I can only recommend this CD, even if it is perhaps not suitable for the entry into Hubert's music. If it were possible, I would give more stars ...
