I boxing are more than 20 years and have already some ropes in use had. This is the fastest by far. If you want to give correctly gas and wants to make Double Under and as a stuff certainly not a bad choice. To warm up (and for that you use it meißt in boxing) is but plain useless, since you can not jump so slowly - only above a certain (high) frequency it turns reasonably stable.
