Right at the front away:
The product does what it promises! The battery charges quickly and reliably on my iPhone 5, very good!
I can do even 2 full charges of the iPhone with the battery, I unload my iPhone but only to about 30%. Then the battery capacity is sufficient for all 2 charges!

Unfortunately, the first battery I received had a defect and not invited to my negative review towards contacted me the next day then immediately the customer service via email and offered me the send to a new Exchange-batteries, free of charge.
I then took advantage of the new battery and there was 1 day later! Behold: He worked too! Wunderbar!

Conclusion:
Quality and customer service are absolutely unbeatable for this price! The contact is friendly and accommodating, as some providers you will learn a lot.
