The antenna is not very chique, but stable and has a long cable.
Because of the good reviews I had expected a much better reception performance. Therefore
astonished me much that I with the allegedly "strong" rod antenna though the third programs
much better able to receive, but I help with other favorites (ZDF, EinsFestival, 3-Sat, ...)
I could always easily received with my homemade antenna, now had artifacts in the image.
Only after I asked the antenna with the magnetic base on a metal surface (cover a cookie jar)
I can receive almost all the channels without problems and without artifacts (except RTL, but I can do without it).
The lid of the cookie jar acts like a parabolic mirror. Without this trick of the receipt of the VEGA would whip antenna
but not better than my homemade antenna from normal coaxial cable.
Conclusion: the antenna can not work miracles. Possibly you have to as I make something and / or a good location
Search for the antenna before it works well. If one wishes a better reception must, you probably
grab a good antenna with built-in amplifier.
