Bought at a well-known electronics retailer the unit in early October. After about 2 weeks, the battery could no longer recharge. When connecting the device with a charger cable, the device only began to vibrate at. Have brought back to the store the unit. There, the voltage of the battery was tested (Lt. staff all ok) at the contact point for the battery on the phone but had no power to measure. The unit was posted with battery. (A customer behind me a great experience had exploded with his S4> battery!) After 2 weeks I got back the unit. According repair bill a software update has been made, then the error had not occurred. When I connected the unit for charging at the charging cable, hit me the blow, because nothing happened. The error was not corrected. The battery did not charge. Annoyed, I brought back the unit. To be allowed to withdraw from the contract, at my request I was only replied that this was not so easy and that you must send in there again. Another two weeks will pass again ... I can only advise against this unit !!
Does anyone on "contract law / right to rescind a purchase agreement" and can give me tips how and when I have the right to withdraw?
