At first I wanted to buy the previous model (UE40D6200), but because it has been discontinued and the new model incl. An additional 3D glasses came, I opted for this device.

Construction & Commissioning
The structure is quite easy, stand lock, anschraueben, stand up and finish. Caution about to let the best protector still there.
A drawback here is that to be bonded cable routing (on a round surface), as you can already see the glue that is keeping it not long.
I'm missing here clearly a cable guide which is to screw or plug. (-> Solved: have this foam abgeknibbelt clean and glued Tesa Powerstrips underneath, since it has not even solved)
When you connect the SCART cable (with USB less) I had the feeling that the TV a little bends inwards ... here you should still be a little careful, because you can not build up a counter pressure. But still very positive that a SCART connector is available for SNES, music system etc.

Where I had previously given me no head drum, many manufacturers (including Samsung) is a proprietary connection, where then an adapter is connected and on that you can then connect SCAT etc. ... you have not here, you can design it without Connect adapter directly, so some less, which can break.

Quality & Ergonomics:
Processing of parts and also the remote control is very positive.
The frame, the back and the base are (it looks like), well made and also looks very noble.
Slots are tight all, therefore there's nothing wobbles. The televisions are stable on the stand and the TV itself does not wobble.
TV can be rotated by about 30 degrees, which is convenient to reach behind the TV, or adjust to the sitting position.
The menu is clear and easy to understand, since almost every point right next to it has a small description.
In most settings to minimize the menu, very good to see directly whether the setting changed something on screen (not with all options).
Actually I wanted to have the previous model, which has a glass pedestal, after I seen it with a friend, this glass stand is a dust collector. This model looks with black stand out really well, it is not recommended in silver!
It should also be mentioned:
The televisions are six windows against exactly the afternoon the sun shines then exactly in the room at the TV (see the TV, then you have the sun exactly in the neck).
I would have expected or feared, that you have a mirror here and then see nothing more (as with another TV).
Even if the sun is just behind us, it does not reflect at all, you can see the images appear dark, of course that it is light, but no reflections.

Picture & Sound:
The picture is very good and clear, so a sharp picture!
Here I can absolutely nothing negative to say, whether the signal from the HD Reiceiver, hard disk or from the network comes.
As described in the article, the colors are really good and realistic (tested with "Earth").
Image quality thus gets 5 stars.
As for movements must be tested with the True Motion Options something after a few tests I have found the right setting and lo and behold,
the movements do not look "fast" or choppy.
Positive also here to represent the color black even better, the television dims down minimally (depending on the source, it is adjustable).

The sound is fairly decent for the small speakers, of course, here are no deep bass to be expected, but for messages, normal broadcasts etc. super useful. Even if one makes even louder, the sound is still not overridden.

What certainly many interested, BluRay player I use the PlayStation3.
The picture here as well, as I expected, it's great!
But for example Skyrim I had in Game mode, since the image when eg look significantly warped / distorted.
Once the game mode is activated on the TV, this issue is resolved. The Sims 3 I could do without changing the function.
Beautifully Again, this setting will be saved only for the currently active HDMI input and not for all.
However, you should think about to disable at BluRays again, if you use the PS3 for it.
Response time between pressing a button and action on screen is super.
I personally am not a hardcore gamer who see any different, but I can not notice any delays there.
So völligst enough for me!
Unfortunately, I've found a flaw that I could not solve, and probably due to the 24p shots of BluRays (or True Motion Settings ...) that the image minimally jerky / follow suit (film Avatar - during slow flying over the landscape / even with Braveheart or Troy), this really is barely visible, so also added so late here. When something googled to find some.

Additional Features:
Very simple and good integration into the network.
The apps from the smartHUB are nice gimmicks, but not usable without an extra keyboard and mouse.
The mobile app is not very useful, because you can can also draw on the normal remote control.
