All interested normal users rather little, the more interested in ease of use, durability and of course the speed SSDs.
And on these points, it still looks very pleasing:
The SanDisk is amazingly light, makes it but not as a solid impression as the Samsung SSDs. The Sandisk is narrow 7mm thin, but can be padded by the attached plastic frame with appliqued adhesive sheet to 9.5 mm and are therefore mounted without additional installation module in most notebooks.
Lt From the 240 GB Manufacturer formatted to 223.45 GB, if you called the recommended course of about 7 to 10 percent of the hard disk size for the over provisioning (is hard drive internally required for restructuring the board;.. If the space does not exist , a SSD can be very lame) reckons, CA remain 200 GB for user data.
Enough for z. B. Windows 8.1 and a lot of multimedia data.
The speed specified by the manufacturer can be in normal operation, of course not quite reach that Sandisk, has however to be fully exploited, will necessarily operate on a SATA 6G port.
Overall, the Sandisk was no nakedness compared to here also present Samsung's 840 EVO. Both SSD lay in the relevant speed tests (Atto, Chrystal etc) almost on a par.
I would recommend the SanDisk Ultra II recommend 240 GB unlimited in size.
