Luminosity:
incredibly strong and bright LEDs. The cabinet luminaire I have installed in my L kitchenette under a cabinet to illuminate the worktop. The complete work area is very pleasant with bright and evenly illuminated and can be extended by the pivoting head. Am very happy and this is the most important criterion. The LEDs do not get hot even after prolonged use. Maintenance LED typical.
Installation:
Screw this, I have not used because they are too long and would penetrate through the soil inside the cabinets. Make smaller screws for me also no sense. That's why I glued a complete bar with Pattex One for All polymer-based. Keeps bombproof. Although the adhesive has a relatively high initial tack, but I had to reach the final adhesion support left and right. The Euro plug way, I have separated with about 10-15 cm residual length, because I could use an existing lead in the middle of the kitchen. So I did not "clutter" to the wall outlet.
Processing:
as already mentioned by previous speakers, the quality of this quite ambitious price is quite modest. Sure, the LED's do what they should do and quite good, but if you get for a mere 55 euros a rickety cabinet luminaire where the disc sags in the middle, because this sparse with only 2 terminals are mounted left and right .... So what can we say. For such a price one would have at least 1 to 2 terminals can use in the middle for stabilizing addition. Thus, the slightly heavier glass depends somewhat through in the middle and so causes ugly to me and unacceptable gap. Looks visually inferior. I therefore also with the Pattex adhesive also fixed to prevent that maybe someday down comes the whole disc. It's not the intention but otherwise looks really not very stable from.
Conclusion:
Class light that (until now) is making its service excellent. Only the initial impression when unpacking if the inferior quality of workmanship has somewhat clouded the matter. But clearly lies at the very high price, because that the expectations were also correspondingly high with me. Aldi Süd, there are for example from the 08.09.14.eine 55.8 cm long LED work lamp in the versions cold white (2700 K) or warm white (4000 K) for straight times 9.99. Which is also pivotally and even expanded. So you could theoretically mean 91.4 cm Work Light for just 20, -. Had I ever tried, but now I'm happy first;)
