I even draw since very many years and am familiar with both traditional and digital media, but I have the art with Copic markers to work never really mastered. Looking for a book that conveys a techniques and tips on working with copics, I came across Shojo Wonder Manga Art School. Although the book a "Manga" bears the title and all sample illustrations (which are beautiful) are kept in this style, the techniques described herein can be transfering to other character styles. The book is designed very clearly and the lyrics are very simple to understand. In addition, the author explains the basis of selected drawings also how to use copics and acrylic paints together, thereby providing very expressive and lively illustrations. In addition, the author, the materials used by it in detail before. I would recommend this book wholeheartedly recommend to all those who work with copics, because even non-manga artists can benefit from the techniques described. :)
