"Yoga Guide comprehensive and progressive" is, without doubt, a reference to the practice of yoga. The introduction has yoga, its benefits, its origins, etc. The book then has a base session by dedicating a double detailed page for each posture, photo and supporting drawings. The book also discusses meditation, breathing, diet, asanas and their variations as well as asanas for pregnant women. Certainly, the photos are a bit but this book is to read and reread and to treasure.
