I bought this smartphone via Amazon reconditioned offers. It was stamped "Like new" (including the package according to the description). However, on arrival, I immediately noticed two problems which imply that this product could be considered "as new": - Permanent bluish tasks were visible in the middle of the screen (although passing unnoticed on a light background, they saw many dark background photos, videos on Youtube, ...); - The right of the phone stops (junction between the screen and the plastic banding) was slightly domed, clearly "peeled off" a few centimeters, let in a ray of light. When I pressed a finger there, the screen resumed a normal position but it only lasted a few seconds before it takes off again. So rather disturbing.
In short, having paid only 20 euros less than a new one, and having read all the information exempted on the Amazon website about the reconditioned offers (information is reassuring willing), I expected better from a smartphone describes "like new ".
Which can be repaid within thirty days and not paying the cost of return (that's good!) I left a chance to Amazon and I have recommended the same smartphone "like new" (always so reconditioned) . To see if this second purchase will be successful or not. If not, I definitely turn my back to reconditioned offers ...
