Reliable plant lamp for dark room

Every year I breed me, when spring comes, several small plants to sample approach. Including tomatoes, nasturtium, borage and various other small herbs.

At first I was skeptical that an LED lamp can really work for the price. But these concerns have now scattered to the winds. As the days were still quite cool, I have the plant lamp over my seedlings at an old E27, which I have connected to a timer suspended. After a short time could be seen that the plants have not turned to the (north-facing) window, but have accrued directly to the top of the lamp. The growth of the plant after several weeks was normal. The plantlets were powerful and green. No signs of lack of light.
Meanwhile, the cold days of spring are gone (I hope) and the plants have found their home on the balcony. Subjectively considered, they seem to me stronger than before in previous years, but which can also be imaginary.

Conclusion:
I am very pleased with the lamp. Whether they worked wonders in terms of plant growth, I can not say. However, it is good to very good crops in otherwise low-light areas Recourse!
