Whichever camera you prefer at the end, the qualities are but (fortunately) close together.
That the picture quality of its predecessor, the SX 50 is better, I can not really judge, but may be.
That the quality of the SX 60 is underground, as some write, I really and absolutely can not confirm now but.
The distortion of the lens I find surprisingly low over the entire focal length range. What is quite amazing at the enormous range of focal lengths.
Whether the telephoto range up to 800 or 1300 ranges is relatively unimportant to me. More importantly to me the wide angle from 21mm. That's madness.
The image stabilization works satisfactory to good especially with the frame protection. Likewise, focusing.
The noise performance is OK as is customary in cameras of this type. (Yeah it's a little bit better but I see it with my recordings?)
Quality when shooting indoors without flash quite well even at higher ISOs
One must, of course, experiment with the settings. Depending on the lighting conditions I limit the ISO settings, put them sometimes fixed at 100 or 200 ISO. The noise reduction I put basically on small because my noise is better than completely weggebügelte details.
Color and contrast well.
The display quality of the viewfinder is very good. However, it could be a bit bigger.
The camera fits comfortably in your hand, is easy to operate, good setting has suggestions for improvements: Fewer pixels! 10 megapixels would be perfectly adequate and the image quality would be more likely to use.
More resolution options. I photograph prefer the 16: 9 format (Monitor). Between the possible 12 and 6 M, an intermediate value would be good.
I'm with the SX60 date fully satisfied it's fun - and would actually give her more 4.5 than 5 stars. Room for improvement is almost always the case here also.
But lack of understanding about the 1 and 2 star bad reviews I round on 5 on !!
