Had I never cared for massages etc., but with age I realize more and more strong neck / shoulder tension (by over 35 years of seat occupation). Have been looking for an alternative and am thus encountered Blackroll. Amazingly easy part - super to use and especially when it suits me in time and lo and behold - My tensions have become loose. Great for the whole body (by means of a wall or floor) - I can only recommend.
