Remeasured 0.1A - ie 1/10 of the power of a brand power supply!

I had it. My Raspberry Pi. This was relatively stable with the AC adapter Gelegendliche crashes that I never pushed on the power supply. Now I tried to load my phone so, because I had only one Noname 500mA power supply, which invited very very slow.
This one, however, was discharged while the phone is in standby. Consequently, it provides less than the phone in standby needs, estimated 200mA instead of 2000! The Hostey brand can not be found on the Internet. So much for the guarantee ...

Edit: I have now been measured, with my best cable (again, there are drastic differences) shot: It delivers 0.1A! The brands PSU fired my phone with 1.1A.
