Repeated leaks guarantees

I bought this coffee machine in an appliance store (Boulanger in Poitiers).
On a pleasant use, it heats quickly and is overall good coffee. But I should say "was" after just 3 months of use the machine broke down (! Water was not coming) had to repair a hose and replace the heating plate which required three weeks of immobilisation at customer service Krups !!! Ten days and a dozen coffees later: new failure: all the water has flowed under the machine. New capital of 3 weeks, new "repair". I just get it back: the 2nd coffee, all the water leaked from below again. This machine is a real m ... The after-sales services krups really not up to par, their attitude bordering on dishonesty: repairs that are not, no compensation for successive fixed assets (I had buy a coffee troubleshooting ...) no exchange proposal despite an obvious defect of this unit. Good advice: run away from this machine and this brand !!!
