Good processed material and comfortable padded handles. In general, the coach looks well made and secure. Use the device now for quite a while and am very satisfied. However, I would use the adapter for the door only partially. A decent wall hook here is almost compulsory. Always have ever had the door adapter to travel with and depending on the door frame can be quite jerky matter if the adapter is not seated properly. The only thing missing is a decent guide if you are newbie. Reference is made to Kettler HP, but does not offer much in exercises. But is not a problem just search on YouTube or TRX Sling Trainer and you learn a lot about the potential of this device.
