Retina MacBook Pro 15.4 inch Case

I bought recently my MacBook Retina 15.4 and wanted to establish to protect the expensive good thing one of these great colorful cases. Got this today get unpacked and considered something more detail.
My Ordered color is red.

Positives:
Sits the first case on the MacBook looks really very good. Top color.
Even the soft touch is very pleasant. Could me very well imagine the slight scratches not so come to the fore, like a gloss-colored case.

Negatives:
Unfortunately, in almost all corners locate and lift dents / knocks does Case in the back of MacBooks also virtually non. Moreover, there already air for NEN 5-8 mm. Quick is one with protruding parts hang times.
Laterally the case depends slightly down because it has no side retaining clip.

Will this product also as soon as possible to return as I would have expected more for "a little plastic" at this price.
