Namely (not clear) the shade of the support arm are reversible (articulated on small plastic axes) I almost return this product to Amazon thinking he was expected to a hanging lamp and not a desk lamp (in a lamp lampshade suspended the bulb is up and facing down in a desk lamp shade the lamp is down and faces up). The seller could be more talkative!
