Review for the average player ;-)

Of course, I weighed at my purchase between MW3 and Battlefield 3 (I know of two games the previous NOT) and explicitly opted for the Special OPs mode for MW3, because you can play very well in Co-op mode here.

My Review in detail:

Graphics:
One point that is very important to me. Of course, the PS3 console has already come in terms of hardware a bit old, but the game looks mostly very good. The "landscape" is when you find the time for playing, very beautiful to look at, whether between urban canyons, in addition to tanks on the open battlefield or at sea. The Bewegeungen of supporters and opponents I find very realistic when you pass shoots scarce and the opponent come through the hail of bullets to falter and stumble sometimes you think you watched a movie. Only at the faces, I think you would be able to remove more realism a bit, but overall more than okay. Some bugs although I have already discovered, for example. Gameplay:
First you have to say who has played on the PC earlier (with a mouse) shooter that will initially have to get used a bit to the controller, the old PS3 hare prepares certainly less problems. So I feel the exact locations using the mouse as easier than with the right stick, which is certainly a matter of taste. Furthermore, you have to press the L3 button for sprinting, which is also a bit cumbersome. One can prove the buttons on the controller-free, but has so many choices (targets, shooting, ducking, jumping, reloading, air support, night vision, change weapon, body armor, grenades, etc.) that I did not know where I "sprinting" otherwise should put ...
With practice, it can be one for every average Joe players well in the difficulties soldier (Level 2) or recruit (level 1) play. What I also find very well that when you die you do not have to play through the whole mission again, but almost immediately re-emerges "in front of the tricky situation" and the same can try again. This saves one but a lot of frustration, If something is difficult. Is also good, that at least at the beginning of the story always has AI companions, in addition to which one can be a little "rest" in the fight, when one is not yet even so fit. While there are always sticking points that you absolutely must resolve itself, but so is a real team feeling and learning the protagonists know each other very well. Very good to me also the installation of video like sequences has (I believe are called scripts?) Like, where you storm a room almost in slow motion, for example. And must land 5-6 clean-placed shots to etc. to free someone who is to come real mood like in the movie on! MW3 is thus made very fast and exciting, you will like in other reviews already mentioned entertained by the excellent single player.

Story:
As already mentioned, I did not know the predecessors, but that does not matter, because you get to know and love all those involved throughout the game well. Interesting is the permanent role change, sometimes you play "Frost", a Delta Force soldiers and is usually four of us, then embodies one Russian Speznasagenten Yuri or Captain Price in a task force or you are an agent of a Russian air traffic control or an English Special Forces. At the end everything comes together and the story is well told. Also good is the change between the front shooting missions, small special orders or stealth tactics. You fight on land, in the air and even water - very nice. Overall, you need depending on the selected difficulty level estimated around 6-10 hours, very experienced players like the game in the hardest mode in the time to create, for everyone else it will get too heavy and frustran ;-)

Special-Ops:
This is a very good addition and not abzuhandeln quickly, because you have already started at least on a soldier and that can be difficult especially with the Stealth missions. In total, there are about 15 missions that take place in the venues of the story and also very interesting. Most need something found, defused be shot or recovered, depending on the goal sometimes within a certain time limit. Quite a lot of fun making it, for two people to play these missions, in some one starts just next to each other, in other, however, is a control on the ground and other air raids or the camera / automatic firing device System - here then real team play is needed - super thing !!!

Survival:
Another reason for the purchase was this mode. On the maps of the multiplayer can be played alone or with others to "waves", ie cyclically emerging groups of enemies who are armed getting better with time. Here you get there with helicopters, enemy air strikes, do dogs etc., even this mode is for two super entertaining !!!

The multiplayer mode:
So I got him playing a couple of hours to see it to me. Whether and how to form teams even I do not know, but there are enough reviews about the whole thing. I myself found the graphics to be equal, the gameplay was smooth and who likes to play the MP certainly has its pleasure. However, I empfände even better if more consideration would be made to the skill of the individual (to my knowledge there only two different levels - one for the general public and one for true professionals). In other words, if there were such an access restriction for Loser me, I'd often use the possibly ;-)))

Other:
Still to mention are a lot of trophies that you can collect if you like (star, emblems, titles) and a very positive I found that you can play all the missions individually if you have the campaign. As you come again to enjoy the best photos - implemented class! The sound is also very good, it comes partly as a real James Ryan Feeling, you will really partially good positive stressed by all the shells and bullets and explosions around you. The weapon variety is also very beautiful, is a shame that you always get what you specified and usually can not even choose and their sound is also neat. Conclusion:
I (mind you as a non-shooter Ass) find the game very well done, the SP, Special OPs and playing against bots have I really liked and not just about the game play out for one day, you need one. In co-op, it is super fun, the gameplay is fast-paced and the graphics for the PS3 hardware might not be brilliant, but implemented very decent. Who else plays other game genres in my opinion MW3 can feel free to ask as Shooter representatives in his games. In particular, playing with a Vibrationspad creates a feeling as the PC usually does not come over!
