My installation was very easy, although I had to do a firmware update via the Cyber Jack Device Manager first.
1. connected by Reiner homepage software >> Base Components 6.9.122 RFID reader standard and tested in the device manager different cards (chip reading).
3. AusweisApp 1.1 installed, unfortunately, the NPA was not immediately recognized.
Made 3. Firmware update via the device manager, aktuallisieren with kernel modules.
Is now in the device manager under Aktuallisierung:
1. Base Components Version 6.9.12
2. USB 01 Update Version 1.1.4
3. USB module Store Version 1.1.4
Since I do not always use the AusweisApp, manually start the app (no AutoStrt when booting the PC) it does not take long, because the reader is detected and stores displayed in the taskbar as a chip (with nnpa the chip green).
It all works very well, so I'm very happy with it.
!! Important!
When the AusweisApp 1.1 start, there is a notice message about a change in the reader firmware, this answer yes, then everything works.
By updating the firmware has changed, and is only in the update of AusweisApp 1.1 (the originallyonly should appear at 01.06.2011) included in the whitelist. (Available on the homepage of Reiner SCT Forum of RFID Standard)
