This book is a good introduction to the overall vision of Chinese medicine from the body. Its merit is mostly make us aware (for those who do not yet aware) that the ills of the body are intimately related to the words or emotions that could not be expressed or emerge into consciousness. It should however not be seen as a dictionary that would bring an immediate response by making a clear link between a pathology and a psychological problem. It has the great merit of opening an inquiry that each of us should put in place when the body "speaks" and tries to make us understand something. A track at odds with that of current standard treatments that try to associate each health problem a molecule in response. This book is a way of telling us that we must reclaim our health problems and do not expect everything from others, take responsibility.
