I took this camera following the birth of my daughter. It is small (a little too well when you have large paw) slips easily into a pocket or a small saccoche, good resolution and a powerful auto program. This is a good no frills compact, so the basic face detection, high resolution, 5x zoom and support up to 32GB SD card, battery and charging cable. I use a 2GB SD card hi-speed about 550 pictures in normal compression and compression 250 in fine, that's enough for a family outing or an evening with friends
