I have tested the trekking stick Nordic walking through its paces.
The sticks were delivered in a very sturdy carrying bag, in various essays and detailed guidance is available.
Even at first glance make the trekking poles a very stable and high-quality Eindruck.Die handles are well made and are very Gutin hand. Are convenient!
The poles are in the closed state only 70cm long, but can be applied to a length of 1.35 cm off. So they are also suitable for larger people. (Thus, the sticks are also well taken anywhere, as these need very little space)

It comes with 1 pair of snow shoes that are perfect for the winter and 1 pair asphalt pads for paved paths and roads.
For the dirt roads or rocky mountain trails the sticks without pads are used. Here the steel tip is an ideal slip aid.
I took out my matching sport shoes and made ready the trekking poles.

A very good suspension is located in these fasteners and this is the damping and suspension while running. Especially in the area where the mountains is descended is noticeably improving ride comfort. The joints are thus protected better.
At first I walked on paved roads along and then still on a dirt road.
These trekking poles has really a lot of joy while running.
The canes are very well made, are also good in the hand.

The Star Rover Trekking poles are nothing compared to my previous trekking poles.
This offer simply much more comfortable and you have a lot more fun in Nordic Walking.
