Stylistically, one is immediately struck 'Military' a. That is a simple and easy to read sheet. Typically we find a scale 1-12 and inward 13-24 hours. Not too often, are actually outside all the numbers visible, ie the 3 - here the date is beautifully executed almost invisible moved inward. Pointer lengths are consistent - easily ran in the hours and up to the minute.
The luminosity is rather weak and models like the Seiko SKX781 (aka 'Orange Monster') far, far away. It lit figures, 5-minute indices and hands, which indexes and numbers fade very quickly, because the luminous material is obviously below a black lacquer. The numerals and indices glow in green, the pointer in blue.
The dial seems to me a tad uneasy or overcharged. I mean it's up to the minute dividers. You are advised in relation to the hours dividers still too dominant. The Seiko SNZG15 example is designed similar, but in this particular detail better.
Power in the sum of two points are deducted. But highly recommended as an everyday watch with those (mostly subjective) limitations.
