I do not want to miss the paperweights. If we fry a steak or hamburger making concerns, first, faster and the meat is no longer bulges especially with the burgers. Weight is good - but enough it only ever a steak - if two ordinary steaks makes simultaneously - then one needs already 2 of these paperweights. The workmanship is very good - is also particularly hot, you can grab it without cloth on the handle - at least in the pan for the oven this is not true of course. I would only recommend that the paperweights made of metal for technical reasons not in the sink or the humidity are or even to wash in the dishwasher and put away before I'd surfaces lightly grease with a cloth, because cast iron like start time to respond in the form of rust (on the paint I would not rely 100%).
Price / performance is good - class part - 5 stars from me!
