We feel the quality in the tool itself but the tips do not seem to measure up. It does not open all watches (no tip for the ICE WATCH for example) but I do not regret my purchase still. Opens two watches three is not so bad after all. It was announced as a professional? I doubt it, the tips are more developed. Let's say it is a good tool to moderately frequent use and not for all watches.
