Can me unfortunately the good reviews that have already been submitted here, do not connect. My intention was, in my study 5 halogen spotlights (20W * 5) to Replace- through these 6 LED lamps and of course, the transformer, as recommended. This is thoroughly gone wrong: subjectively perceived, the LED spots do not give half as bright as the halogen spotlight. The statement "260 lumens are in about 20 W in the luminosity match" goes on in any way. I'm no expert, suspect quite simply, that the lumen measurement well as proceeds more that brightness at a certain distance from the light source, but "head" is to this measured. Then that possibly would get there with "260 lumens = 20 W". The key point for the perceived as weak light output is likely to be of strictly limited angle that the LED spots illuminate: giving yes Light absolutely only "forward" off when the spots are fitted with a cable system via a linkage so that they ( show oblique) down, it's completely dark on the ceiling ... Thus, the room illumination is just much lower than in Holgen emitters which emit may "runherum" light. I also realize: the lighting of the future LED but so that they can really replace the existing incandescent and halogen components, they must be even much more "intelligent" design. I can imagine that this LED Spots are useful when you can leave them in the greatest possible number and close to each other directly from the ceiling beams. I have the spotlight now assembled in another room as a "second light", where the "dim light", they give off may be sometimes asked ...
