I bought this rate monitor watch because I hate traditional heart rate monitors with these belts difficult to install.
Benefits
79405 MIO easily found my pulse.
After checking with a monitor, it shows my pace pulse.
It is comfortable to wear and installs quickly.
We can define optimum exercise area (maximum and minimum)
Disadvantages:
The manual * English * is succinct and insufficient. A more complete we can download, but very unclear, online as PDF.
I finally understood how it worked, but if it was made clear, it could take a few lines.
It memorizes that the last session performed.
We must recharge the battery quite often.
Anyway, I'm happy not to have to fight with a chest belt, but I think the price is high for a device whose email is minimal.
