satisfied with the camera per se, unfortunately was not waterproof

we have the camera specially risen to take on vacation underwater photos while snorkelling and hold even the occasional snapshot on the beach (we are amateur photographers and attach no special focus on particular technical characteristics).

Here is our experience:

- The camera's menu has a simple design and easy to understand.
- The keys are rather small and therefore partly a bit cumbersome to use.
- We can develop photos, and with the quality of land underwater photos we are very satisfied.
- When taking the recording by pressing the shutter button has partly delayed (especially when shooting with flash), for example, animals have to press the shutter button continues to move and the apparatus took the picture only in the movement.
- Now for us the decisive point is take the 3rd time with the sea water in the camera has occurred (although we kept to the manual). Then the device was unfortunately defective. Have the unit now sent yesterday to Olympus under the 2-year warranty and are excited about the response

Conclusion: On the whole, are / we were pleased with the recordings of the device, the real purpose of an underwater camera but misses the device in our opinion
