Along with a UPS sticker from repairs received 12.11.2013 documents to submit,
11/13/2013 UPS will pick up your notebook and the notebook on 14/11/2013 arrives at the service center.
Today at the 12/05/2013 the notebook repaired received. First test now everything is back in order.
There even a previous damage was repaired while we had not reported (the top box was damaged)
Except for the duration of the repair, we are very satisfied. For too long time I have a point deducted.
