I openly denounced the swindle of the Amazon reseller, we have received the product and we very disappointed in the quality, coarse plastic, produced extremely heavy, so after unpacking we decided to return the product immediately. One called "Rachel" told us in English to return the product to the UK address. Now one month the product is gone, the shipping costs from 10 at our expense, and that they refuse to refund the purchase pretext that they did not receive the product. A scandal from Amazon! You should not give the possibility to the swindlers to their bad business on your platform. We no longer trust.
