The spring is, as here already often read of very high quality and writes like butter. No scratching, as I knew it from my Lamy- and Pelican fillers from school. In retrospect, I would say, though, I would have preferred to take a pen thin because the thickness B is still very thick and not as good fits to my work. Individually seem the springs not available or if, then exceed at a price of the whole of the filler ... strange.
Why I disconnect a star's grip when writing. The elegant smooth housing here has the disadvantage that it easily slips something in his hand and you need to access by law firm, which strained the finger permanently. The rather high weight, which produces at first a high-quality feeling is here then not quite so convenient. So in my view, more of a filler for beautiful postcards and peppy signatures as for long letters.
