First of all: I'm a bourbon fan since my likes leathery, musty-peaty Scotch simply do not taste. Besides, I'm in a similar mood. And since I can recommend the Jura Superstition but because it starts very gentle and mild and unfolds the classic Scotch taste until the finish. However, the finish lasts only quite short. Since I considered aromatic is the American Woodford Reserve rather because it corresponds more to my preferences and a wonderful full flavor leaves, the long lasting effect without being bitter, earthy or even moldy.
However, If you like Scotch and a mild starter investigated is sure to find something here.
