The case (pretty, faux leather lined in soft tissue) is in two parts:
- A lower portion which is screwed into the thread provided for a foot (this is convenient and reliable, there is a 2nd thread on the outside of the case for a foot, not tested)
- A top that attaches to the first by 3 large buttons pressures (2 side, 1 below).
It is not possible to open the case to use the device without losing that riquer ... Former top models (before digital photo ...) offered the possibility of opening the holster without riquer of losing a piece!
We'll see what happens with use.
