commende QWERTY keypad and got a QWERTY keyboard, customer service contacted 2 times and 2 times I received so no way automatic answer even know if I could swap the keyboard. I have not returned the product because it is very good anyway. However I did not get nickel as there were already scratches in the hull. You see good comments because in the product box there is a note that says that if you put a comment with 5 stars you will receive a second shell !!! So do not trust the 5 stars.
