Hello I received the item BUT you have not specified anywhere in the general description that is a 24V DC device, in fact you have to go into the details to find out that this is not no 220V. Also missing the mounting brackets that you have replaced with double-sided. It also lacks a transformer and a connecting wire Please provide me free because brackets are included in your description and tell me how transformer and connecting wire I use for the 2 emergency strips.
