I bought this phone because of extremely positive reviews, for my 93 year old mother. We had 3 different Big Button Phones seniors, but she could still make or receive any calls -Take because these things are just too complicated for them -: too many buttons, too much to adjust by mistake - the radio is playing, the phone is turned off suddenly, etc .; the elderly man sitting in front of a "closed book" and is desperate. Not so with this unit: , Accept 4 numbers for storing the caregivers call or hang up, plus an emergency button with storable data such as name, address, blood group uvm..zB for rescue. Buttons are illuminated, large and easy to press and pipifein to recognize, even with high strength glasses (my mother has 6 diopters). However, adjustments must be made by someone who is mobile Professional.
